Shipping

We exclusively use Australia post for all our Australian and New Zealand deliveries. A flat fee of $7.50 applies for all products in the e-store. Please note that items must be ordered by 15th December for Pre-Christmas deliveries.

For delivery of products outside of ANZ, simply click on the e-store link on the Durex global site, www.durex.com.

Returns

As a Durex customer, we would like you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us via email on enquires@durex.com.au or via telephone on Freecall 1800 999 155 (Australia) or 0800 165 100 (New Zealand). Faulty products will be fully refunded and must be returned within 28 days of purchase. For reasons of hygiene we cannot accept returns where the product has been used.
